Online Conveyancing System

Jobling & Knape have an online conveyancing system!

The system allows clients and Estate Agents to monitor how a conveyancing matter is progressing by logging on to the Jobling & Knape website and using a 'secure' login.

The system also allows potential clients to get an estimated cost of a conveyance by completing an 'Online conveyancing estimate' calculator.

Home Information Packs

On 1st August 2007, the Government introduced Home Information Packs that changed the way houses are sold within England & Wales. Home Information Packs are now required on all domestic properties.
