The object of our Service as Escrow Agent is to ensure that a means of certainty is adopted for the financial procedure relating to the sale and purchase of aircraft. We act as an independent third party, in accordance with the procedure embodied in a Letter of Instruction [which we prepare]. The Letter will be governed by the laws of England. We will receive the deposit into a designated account, and the Seller's Documents would be lodged with us, pending completion of the transaction. We will receive the balance of the price into the designated account.
Upon the Purchaser instructing us that all is in order for Closing, we will then remit the funds to the Seller/repay any specified debt on the aircraft of which we have actual notice and send the Seller's Documents to the Purchaser. We will confirm the various steps to both parties, as they take place.
We have internet banking facilities and are able to process in Sterling, US Dollars, Euros and most other currencies.
In addition, we can also provide a Service to report on the Title of an aircraft.
We have established a strategic alliance with an American Escrow Agency. We work together to handle closings and searches, combining our transactional and legal expertise with their administrative expertise in the regulations and procedures of the Federal Aviation Administration Civil Aviation Registry.
