Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of service. My previous experience of Solicitors has been one of poor communication (phone messages not replied to, little volunteering of information and unaccountable delays), so it was refreshing to deal with Solicitors who communicate well.

I couldn't fault anything - all members of staff I dealt with were very helpful. Brilliant - as a first time buyer everything was explained in full. I never had to chase anyone for information - I was told you had to chase Solicitors up when buying a house!! This certainly wasn't the case here.
